Subsequent to the successful installation of the ICT Center in Yamaronsa, during one of her trips to Ghana, Deborah Rose was visiting the L&A Memorial Academy in Accra that was co-founded by Japhet Aryiku, the Executive Director of the Helping Africa Foundation, and his sister Grace Asiam in honor of their parents.
When Deborah discovered that the computer lab contained a single non-functioning desktop and several junked laptops, she decided to engage TECHAiDE to do a needs assessment with the idea of installing a second ICT Center similar to the one in Yamoransa. Kafui Prebbie and his team installed a 35 seat computer learning lab, and once again, U.S. Ambassador Robert Jackson was among the dignitaries to attend the dedication ceremony on July 13, 2018.

As with the flagship center in Yamoransa, the Center has evolved in response to the needs of the school. Today, Lab 2, in addition to the computer learning lab, has a Home Economics Center, and most recently, newly installed solar panels and the fully equipped Dr. J. A. Stolwijk Science Laboratory. The school serves 275 students, 165 girls and 110 boys.
