The 6th Yamoransa Model (YM) Lab is located in Peki-Avetile in the Volta Region of Ghana. The lab is proposed to be commissioned in October 2020, hence works are currently underway to ensure that this is possible. The proposed structure is currently undergoing construction.

The following are components completed as at August 7, 2020:

• Ceiling works 
• Front pillars 
• Wall plastering
• Conversion of outside corridor into an office
• Compartments for washrooms
